It still ticks at all rpms. I tried the old "prime it with the throttle technique" that I had to use with my old car that would tick a bit at a cold start-up and I would tap the gas a bit to up the oil pressure for the oil to have enough pressure to work properly, but this isnt the case. It sometimes does it when its been sitting a while and sometimes not. Sometimes it does it when its warm and again sometimes not. I'm thinking there is a bad seal and air is getting in somewhere and blocking the oil in the lines(?).
